Founder and CEO

Karen Berg

Karen Berg is an international motivational speaker, executive coach and crisis consultant.

Her award-winning bestselling books LOUD & CLEAR and GET TO THE POINT are the business bibles of successful communication and persuasion. She has worked with thousands of the world’s business leaders and financial titans. Karen has prepared them for important events like media interviews, crisis communications, shareholders meetings, management and peer-to-peer presentations. Karen’s vital and effective executive coaching and training programs make her a frequent interview on communications trends. She has appeared on such networks as CNN, CNBC and NBC.

In addition, she has been a keynote speaker for such organizations as The Wharton School of Business, New York University, and The Eurostrategy Conference. Her crisis management communication put her on the short list of go-to crisis consultants. Dr. Richard Wagner is a veteran of broadcasting, advertising, and marketing for more than 30 years.  A producer and reporter of news stories, as well as a producer and host of documentaries and public affairs programming, he received numerous accolades including being nominated for an EMMY for his station in Atlanta’s coverage of a plane hijacking.  He was proud to be called the “bulldog of investigating reporting.”

With advertising agencies in the Philadelphia and Washington, DC markets, due to his expertise in B to B communication, he worked on such prestigious products as DuPont Tyvek and Kevlar, the Delaware lottery, and Columbia Gas System.  His major responsibility was facilitating executive training on how to deal with crises and media.

Papa John’s Pizza company used Dr. Wagner’s B to B skill set as a regional marketing director where he handled marketing and communications issues in 21 markets, managed budgets in the millions of dollars, managed public relations and training store managers, district vice presidents and franchise owners in crisis communications. He won Papa John’s coveted Pinnacle award for his work.

John Frazier

John is a seasoned PR counselor with experience developing and implementing strategic programs designed to achieve the marketing and communications goals of a wide variety of clients.  With a special strength in travel and tourism, he is a four-time Adrian “Best of Show” winner for best travel PR programs worldwide from Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (2000, 2005, 2006 and 2013).

He directed the American leg of Tourism Queensland's "Best Job in the World," which has been called "the most successful tourism campaign in history," and was featured with it's own chapter in Rethinking Reputation, How PR Trumps Marketing by Fraser Seitel and John Doorley.

There he developed and coordinated advocacy, marketing communications, issues and crisis management and public relations programs across all offices worldwide to drive corporate reputation, facilitate market access and help global product teams to achieve their business goals

Matthew Decker

An award-winning theater director, teaching artist, and arts administrator, Matthew has over 15 years of experience as an artistic leader and shaper of stories.  He is the co-founder of Theatre Horizon, located in Norristown, Pennsylvania.  Now in its 13th season, Theatre Horizon has become one of Philadelphia's most acclaimed and accomplished professional theatre companies.

For eight years Matthew served as the Associate Artistic Director at Arden Theatre Company in Philadelphia, where he was a member of the Executive Staff and curated and line produced over 50 productions.  Matthew is a three-time Barrymore Award winning director, and a graduate of New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts where he studied at the Atlantic Theatre Company.  He currently resides in Philadelphia, where he also serves as a Senior Lecturer at the University of the Arts.

Jennie is a director, coach and  award-winning actor.  She has over 20 years of experience in live performance and directing and has been described as “fabulous,” “compelling,” “stellar” and “a power house.” Eisenhower has served as a teaching artist for leading cultural institutions and is currently an adjunct professor at Temple University.  She is a summa cum laude graduate of Northwestern University where she earned a Bachelor of Speech in Communications and Theatre.

Louisa Hart

Louisa Hart has extensive experience in public relations and communications, grounded in experience as a broadcast news producer. 

She conducts media training and speaker training sessions both in the United States and internationally, and produces and writes a wide variety of products for individuals clients. These include speeches, editorials, PowerPoint presentations, video products and internal communications.

O’Patrick Wilson

O'Patrick is a seasoned communications professional with extensive international experience and a proven track record in positioning multibillion dollar companies. He is experienced in all areas of communications with a particularly strong background in media relations.

Previously, O'Patrick was Head of Internal & External Communications for Syngenta International AG in Switzerland. During his time there, he helped build name recognition of the company and increased English-language media coverage by 400% in 2002.

O'Patrick also has been responsible for media relations for Ciba Specialty Chemicals in North America and a senior communications representative for Hitachi America, Ltd. In New York and Tokyo.

O'Patrick started his career as a journalist, working in New York as a freelance writer and also learning the ropes by doing stints for Time Magazine and ABC News in Rome, Italy. He received his M.S. degree in journalism at Columbia University (New York) and his B.A. in Modern Languages at the University of Kent at Canterbury (UK).
